Muriel Giles Ludlow Munn Rigby, died 13 November 2003 at her home in Springville, Utah, of natural causes.
Muriel worked in the Moose Club, in the LDS Church as a Primary teacher, secretary and in the Temple. She worked as a nurse at IHC Hospital for many years, also for nursing homes. She volunteered at community action, and O and A in Springville. She also worked at Sage Creek School, Slate Canyon School, and the Foster-Grandparents program.
She has five children: (Margaret) Peggy (Gene) Beardall, Betty (Ed) Tucksen, Barbara (Ed) Ney, Myra (Gene) Franklin, and Aaron Wayne Rigby. She has 28 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren and three great- great-grandchildren. She has eleven brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aaron Webster Rigby; mother and father, four brothers, one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at 11 a.m. in the Hobble Creek West Stake Center at 555 South 600 East in Springville. There will be a viewing Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South in Springville and Tuesday at the church from 10:00-10:45 prior to the services.
