1913 ~ 2003
On November 24, 2003 our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Lillian Christine Werner Boyer departed this life at Lakeview Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She passed away from complications of congestive heart failure.
She was born July 21, 1913 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Harold Boyer on November 29, 1940. Their marriage was sealed in the Manti LDS Temple. She was a kind and thoughtful person, loved by everyone. Her family was her pride and joy. She lived a full life with her husband, Warrant Officer Harold D. Boyer, USAF (Ret). She raised four children in the service as they traveled in various assignments, in the United States, England, Tripoli and South Africa.
Lillian was active in the LDS Church and loved doing temple work. Her family was her whole life and she will be forever missed by them.
She is survived by her husband; three children, Connie Lae (Carl) Beardall of Midvale, UT; Ralph E. (Judy) Boyer of Sierra Vista, AZ; and Robert C. (Helen) Boyer of Layton, UT; 16 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren. One son, Dale H. Boyer of Sierra Vista, AZ., preceded her in death in 1985. He retired after serving 24 years in the US Navy.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 29, 2003 at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main where friends and family may call Friday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and Saturday morning from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
