"Will Be Missed"
Our sweet daughter, sister, aunt, and friend was called home unexpectedly to her heavenly father, December 13, 2003. Her love and devotion for her family and her animals never wavered. She was loved by all who knew her.
Born Feb. 21, 1966 in Salt Lake City to Blaine Dennis and Joy Francis Butler. Survived by her mother, sisters and a brother, Kathryne (Terrie), Michelle, and Blake Dennis (Celeste) Butler, and niece, Cassandra Butler. She was preceded in death by her father.

Funeral services will be Monday, Dec. 22, 2003, 10 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S. Highland Dr, Salt Lake City. Friends may call Monday at the mortuary from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
