Stampin' Up! will move to expanded headquarters in Riverton by next year.
Okland Construction Co. will build a 300,000-square-foot campus on 55 acres, and Stampin' Up! will lease it for its world headquarters.
The estimated $20 million project is being designed by Naylor Wentworth Lund Architects and is scheduled to break ground this spring, with completion by July 2004.
The campus will merge Stampin' Up's distribution center in west Salt Lake City with its administrative home office, now located in Sandy.
The administrative office will occupy 100,000 square feet and will include conference rooms, a 100-person call center, cafeteria and a display room for the company's rubber-stamp products. The 200,000-square-foot distribution center will house the company's warehousing, fulfillment, shipping and receiving activities.
The company's manufacturing facility will remain in Kanab.
