Avalon Digital Marketing Systems Inc., a provider of digital marketing software and services, has acquired Draper-based Mindwire Inc., a privately held Internet development and interactive brand management firm serving companies primarily in the Intermountain West.
Mindwire shareholders will receive an undisclosed number of shares of Avalon common stock. Additional shares of common stock could be issued if three members of the former Mindwire sales team attain certain net revenue targets for Avalon during the 12 months following the close of the acquisition.
California-based Avalon also has offices in Salt Lake City, New York and Hong Kong.
