March 14 — Temple Square Concert Series: The American West Symphony, under the direction of Joel Rosenberg, will perform Smetana's "Overture to the Bartered Bride," Debussy's "Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun," and Stravinsky's "Firebird Suite," in the Assembly Hall at 7:30 p.m. Free admission.
March 15 — Temple Square Concert Series: BYU-Idaho's combined choruses of 225 singers and symphony orchestra of 97 musicians will perform in the Tabernacle at 7:30 p.m. a newly commissioned religious oratorio, "Vision of Light and Truth," by A. Laurence Lyon, and conducted by Kevin Brower.
Through Oct. 19 — Museum of Church History and Art: "With Every Stitch," a textile exhibit featuring historic and contemporary samplers. Museum Hours: Mondays-Fridays, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Free admission.
Through Nov. 16 — Museum of Church History and Art Exhibit: "Primary Makes Me Happy: a Celebration of 125 years of Primary." This exhibit features historical memorabilia that reflects the changes in the Primary since it began in 1878. Free admission.
