PARK CITY — Nutraceutical International Corp. said Monday it has completed its acquisition of the Nature's Life brand by buying all of the stock of M.K. Health Food Distributors for about $10.8 million in cash.

Nutraceutical manufactures and markets nutritional supplements. Under the name Woodland Publishing, it publishes, prints and markets a line of books and booklets. It also manufactures bulk materials for use in its own products and for sale to other manufacturers and marketers in the nutritional supplement industry.
