Salt Lake-based Bonneville International announced Friday that it has sold its Bonneville Duplication division to Seattle-based OptiDisc Solutions LLC.
The terms of the deal were not released. The transaction is expected to close June 30.
Bonneville Duplication, formerly part of Video West Productions, specializes in mass audiocassette and VHS video duplication. Its parent company, Bonneville International, is a diversified media company with operations nationwide.
Bonneville International is owned by the Deseret Management Corp., a holding company for businesses affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
OptiDisc Solutions is a full-service digital media manufacturing company specializing in quick-turn replication and supply-chain management. It has operations in Seattle and Salt Lake City.
