Teenagers can make old clothes new and learn basic tie-dye techniques at a free event on Thursday, July 31, 7-9 p.m. at the Day-Riverside Library, 1575 W. 1000 North.
Participants need to bring something to dye — shirts, socks, shoes. Natural fibers work best.
