"Yoda"

Matthew Allen Goode, beloved son, brother, uncle, father and friend, has finished his amazing adventure here on earth, due to injuries sustained from an automobile accident on June 29, 2003. He has returned home to his Father in Heaven, where he was greeted by his grandparents, Byrd and Joyce Pearson, and his cousin, Richard Roylance.

He was born on August 22, 1980 to Allen and Edith Pearson Goode in Provo, Utah. Matt attended schools in Provo and Moab. He was working in Moab as a well driller.

His journey in life, although much too brief, was one of wonder, excitement, and great adventures. Each day was met with his boyish pleasure and

Matt is survived by his parents Allen (Christine) Goode of Provo; and Edith Pearson (Billy Bob) Shupe of Moab; his brother Bryan (Kathy) Goode, Provo; sister Randalyn Goode, Globe, AZ; half-brother Tyler Goode; step-brothers and sisters Colton, Shelby, and Billie Swapp; grandparents Buddy Goode, and William and Dorothy MacDonald; his son, Tanner Allen Harris; and his daughters Katelyn and Carlee Goode. Matt had three special nephews, Devin and Dakota Goode, and Brent Fierro.

We shall miss you dearly and will cherish your memory.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 3, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Berg Mortuary Drawing Room Chapel, 185 E. Center Street, Provo, Utah. Friends may call Wednesday evening at the mortuary from 7-9 p.m., as well as on Thursday afternoon from 1-2 p.m. Interment, Provo City Cemetery.
