Coralie Candland Green, 65, of Pleasant Grove passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2003 at American Fork Hospital of complications following surgery.

She was born May 8, 1938 in Chester, Utah to Harry and Grace Card Candland. She married Rennard Keith Green on May 28, 1955 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Keith passed away in 1988. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple.

Coralie grew up in Lehi and attended school there. She enjoyed the outdoors, watching wildlife, crocheting, and embroidery. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in many positions during her life, including Primary president and Cub Scout Leader. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, whether tending grandchildren or enjoying family gatherings.

She is survived by six children: Paul Green; Reta (Brent) Holdaway; David (Madeleine) Green; Heidi (Robert) Leonard, all of Pleasant Grove; and Michael (Molie) Green and Jetta (Tim) Guymon, both of Orem; 24 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Additional survivors include her sister, Una Johnson, West Valley; and brother, John M Candland, Pleasant Grove. She was preceded in death by her husband and three grandchildren: Kay Ann Johanson, Adam Johanson, and Jennifer Anderson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 23, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. in the Battle Creek Eighth Ward Chapel, 1222 East Nathaniel Drive. Friends may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove and at the church on Saturday one hour prior to services.

Interment will be in the Chester, Utah Cemetery at approximately 4:00 p.m.
