Jean Tulka Reilly, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, age 88, passed away August 22, 2003 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Jean was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, October 2, 1914 the daughter of Severy and Josephine Tulka.
She
moved to Utah in 1978.
She was a homemaker and bookkeeper, who also enjoyed reading, bowling and traveling.
Her husband John, brother Walter and son Jack preceded her in death.
She is survived by daughter-in-law Renee, grandchildren Michelle (Tony) Burnham and Brian; great-grandson, Justin, nephew David (Sylvia) Tulka; niece Josie (Peter) Cyffka, and sister-in-law Hester Tulka.
Interment services will be held August 26, 2003 at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, New Jersey.
