4Life Research LC, a developer and marketer of Transfer Factor products that are derived from eggs, announced Monday that it has purchased the Korean subsidiary of Nutrition For Life Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition includes the Korean distributor organization, Nutrition For Life inventories, equipment and other assets. 4Life also will take over the Nutrition For Life office in the Sung-Won Building in Seoul.
Officials of 4Life said it will take 60 to 90 days to get key 4Life products registered and manufactured for the Korean market, so such products may not be available until October.
