New Jersey-based IDT Corp. said Thursday it has acquired Provo-based teleservices company Marketing Ally, plus California-based Contact America Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
The announcement coincided with the company saying it has created IDT Contract Services, a new business unit to develop, manage and provide call center services to IDT and external clients. The unit includes the two newly acquired centers plus existing U.S.-based centers and a customer contract services center in Israel. The IDT Puerto Rico customer service center also will work with IDT Contact Services.
