REXBURG, Idaho — NASA administrator Sean O'Keefe addressed students at BYU-Idaho Sept. 18 as part of the annual Brady Howell Lecture Series. This was the second lecture in an endowed series honoring the Ricks College and Utah State University alumnus who died Sept. 11, 2001, in the attack on the Pentagon. The series, which is made possible from contributions from throughout the country, was established by Howell's widow, Liz Howell, and members of his family.
