Visitations will be Monday, September 29, 6-8 p.m., at the Metcalf Mortuary and Tuesday, September 30, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to services at the chapel. Interment will be in the Washington City Cemetery under the direction of Metcalf Mortuary 435-673-4221.
