Salt Lake-based Diversified Habitats said Wednesday it has sold 13 credits from its wetland mitigation bank near the shore of the Great Salt Lake to Woodside Homes.

According to Jim Paraskeva, Diversified Habitats' director, Woodside Homes purchased the credits to compensate for wetland losses at its Foxboro community in North Salt Lake. Foxboro is a new master-planned community in Davis County that features single-family detached homes as well as apartments, three-plexes, townhomes and condominiums.

Diversified Habitat's wetland mitigation bank, known as Bailey's Meadow, is northwest of the Salt Lake City International Airport, a mile from the shore of the Great Salt Lake along the Goggin Drain.
