Dawn G. Madsen, 84, born July 4, 1920 in Annabella, Utah to Tora and Lillie Gleave, died Dec 9, 2004 at Mt. View Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Nov. 5, 2004.
Married Vaughn D. Madsen, Oct. 2, 1940 in the Manti Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church serving in many callings.
Dawn is survived by her husband, Vaughn D. Madsen; children, Susan (Dick) Bushman, Kaye Hoskins, Curtis Madsen, Kip (Sue) Madsen, Julie (Kim) Norman, a sister Gwen Stansbury; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grand- children.
Funeral services held in the Fairview 1st Ward Chapel, Saturday, December 11, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Friends may call 12:00-1:30 p.m. prior to the funeral. Dawn requested no flowers, please contribute to Primary Children's Hospital in Dawn's name. Interment will be in the Fairview City Cemetery under the direction of Rasmussen Mortuary.
