Addison Jane "Addie" Christensen, infant daughter of Mike and Julie Christensen died Friday, November 26, 2004 of complications at birth.
She is survived by her parents of West Jordan, UT; brothers, Brennan and Mitchell Christensen; grandparents Boyd and Maxine Jacobsen, Lindon, UT; grandmother Euvonna Christensen, Mt. Pleasant, UT; great-grandparents Max and Betty De St. Jeor, Orem, UT and Leo C. Larsen, Orem, UT; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Addie was preceded in death by her grandfather E. Vernal Christensen.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Prairie Stake Center, 5320 West 7000 South, West Jordan, Utah. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Lindon City Cemetery, 550 North 200 East, Lindon, under the direction of Berg Mortuary of Provo. Condolences may be sent to www.bergmortuary.com
