G&T Conveyor Co. said Monday it has acquired Salt Lake-based The Horsley Co.
Terms were not disclosed.
Horsley manufactures and installs custom baggage conveyor systems used in airports. General manager Brad Stein said it will continue to operate independently under the Horsley Co. name.
