Paul McCartney will be the headline act at this year's Glastonbury festival, the finale to his summer concert schedule, organizers said Friday.
The former Beatle begins his monthlong summer tour in May and will play 12 cities, including Madrid, Paris, Zurich, Gothenburg, Oslo and Helsinki — as well as Lisbon, Leipzig, Prague and St. Petersburg for the first time — before his date in Glastonbury, England, on June 26.
The summer tour will feature music from the Beatles, McCartney's band Wings and his solo work.
