1974 ~ 2004

Our beautiful wife, daughter, sister and aunt, Cadence Jeannie "Cadee" Hiatt, 29, passed away peacefully at home in Lehi, February 5, 2004, surrounded by her loving family and many friends. Born May 22, 1974 to Dennis Timmerman and Kathleen John Hansen in Ogden, she married Brett Lee Hiatt on March 26, 1998 in the Manti LDS Temple. Cadee attended Manti High School, Snow College and Bon Losee Hair Academy. After her education, she worked as a cosmetologist and a customer service representative.

Known for her sense of humor, gag gifts, amazing courage and positive attitude, Cadee was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in the Primary, Young Women's and Relief Society. She was Miss Ephraim in 1992, Miss Panarama Land in 1995 and was a member of the Ascension Show Choir while at Snow College. She most enjoyed music, crafts and creating beautiful quilts.

Cadee is survived by her husband, her parents, sister Melody (Peter) Van Horn, brother Dustin (Jodi) Hansen, father and mother-in-law Clay and Lynda Hiatt, brothers-in-law Chris (Janet) Hiatt, Scott (Mieka) Hiatt and sisters-in-law Julie and Megan Hiatt. She is also survived by her grandmother Pauline John, nieces and nephews Madisen, Britton, Joshua, Tanner, Davis, Malorie, Anne, Jordan and Ashlyn.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at the Pilgrim's Landing 2nd Ward, 3145 West Mayflower Avenue in Lehi. A viewing will be held at the church from 6:00 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 and one hour prior to services on Wednesday, where friends and family may call. Interment will follow at Lehi City Cemetery. Arrangements by SereniCare, Funeral Directors.
