John Christian Harmon returned to his Heavenly Father on April 8, 2004 at the age of 28. He was born April 30, 1975 to John Grover and Deanna Young Harmon.
John was a graduate of Layton High School and attended the University of Utah. John worked for Wells Fargo Banking and lived in Salt Lake City.
John had an awesome sense of humor. He could make us laugh with just a word or a look. He used music and writing to express himself. He loved playing the guitar and jamming with his buddies.
He was an avid camper and fisherman. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
John was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving are his parents and three sisters, Kimberly Harmon, Bethany Harmon, and Katherine Harmon all of Layton, Utah. He is also survived by his grandparents, Anna L. Harmon, Topeka, Kansas; Arthur and Ardeth Young, Heber City, Utah; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
John was preceded in death by his grandfather, John L. Harmon.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Layton West Stake Center located at 1600 N 1715 W, Layton, Utah. Friends and family may call on Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Heber City Cemetery.
