Jack Rukavina, age 91, passed away April 15, 2004.
He was born June 6, 1912 in Park City to George and Milka Sudar Rukavina. He married Maude Mason, January 12, 1935 in Heber City, Utah. Lifelong resident of Park City, Utah.
Survived by daughter, Shirley LeFevre; son, Jack L. Rukavina; sister, Mary Chapman; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and nine great great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m. at the Heber City Cemetery. Friends and family are welcome from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home, 288 No. Main, Heber City and also Tuesday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
