Former NBA star Dennis Rodman has sold the beachfront home where his wild parties sparked neighbor complaints and frequent police visits.
The pinkish-brown, two-story home in Newport Beach, Calif., was offered for $3.8 million and an Arizona developer bought it for cash in two days, said Christopher Parr, Rodman's real estate agent.
Rodman bought the five-story house in 1996 for $825,000, Parr said.
His agent, Darren Prince, told the Los Angeles Times that Rodman is considering moving to Los Angeles or elsewhere in California or perhaps to Dallas, where he grew up.
Police said they were called to the residence 80 times during his eight years there.
Neighbors said things have been quieter recently since the 43-year-old Rodman decided to quit drinking.
