Deseret Book Co. announced Thursday that it has agreed to purchase Beehive Books, a retail company that owns and operates three LDS retail book and gift stores in Idaho.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The stores are currently owned by Robert Franz and are located in Idaho Falls, Rexburg and Meridian.

With the acquisition, there are 41 Deseret Book retail stores.
