Jacob "Jake" Henry Gregory, 51, Returned to his Heavenly Father July 17, 2004 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Jake was born January 19, 1953 in Olympia, Washington to Earl Stephen and Mae Belle Schroeder Gregory. Jake married, Gayla Goff on June 27, 1974 in the Salt Lake Temple for time and all eternity. He served the Lord in many church callings. Jake's family was very important to him; he especially enjoyed doing things with his children. He loved the outdoors; He was also known for serving others.
His knowledge and kindness will be missed by all.
Jake is survived by his wife, Gayla; children, Kenton (Anya); Tyson (Lana); Brinton (Ashley); Shalisse (Will); Brittnea and Trussler; grandchildren, Jade and Hailey; in-laws Garn and Arlene Goff; Brothers and sisters, Ray (Sharon) Messegee; James (Patsy) Messegee; Bob (Sue) Messegee; Carol (Tom) Achy; Betty (Don) Kleinsorge; Stephen (Suzie) Gregory; Angelea (Patrick) Panos; Sandy (Randy) Whicker; Lisa (Don) Duncan; and many other loved ones. Preceded in death by his Parents.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday July 23, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Old Mission Ward Chapel 1433 E. Old Mission Road (7900 S.) Friends and family may call Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mountain View Memorial Mortuary and Cemetery, 3115 E. Bengal blvd (7800 S.) And Friday one hour prior to the services at the church. Interment will follow the services Friday at Mountain View Cemetery.
