1976 ~ 2004

Shane Rogers Robbins of Anthem, Arizona, formerly of Sandy, Utah, passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2004 - he was 27 years old.

Shane was born in Salt Lake City on Nov. 1, 1976 to Dennis and Nancy (Wachtler) Robbins. Shane had a zest for life and his enthusiasm and humor touched the hearts of many. He had many interests and hobbies including camping, jeeping and sports of all kinds. He was enjoying a weekend

4-wheeling trip in Flagstaff with his father Dennis when an accident claimed both of their lives.

Shane served a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City and often referred to that experience as the best years of his life. He was completely committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, and has now returned to continue in the Lord's work.

He was a loving husband, son, brother and uncle and will be deeply missed.

Shane is survived by his beautiful wife, Jayne Leigh Miller, mother Nancy Wachtler, stepmother Kelle Church Robbins, paternal grandparents, maternal grandmother, two brothers, four sisters and dogs Zoey and Xena.

Joint services for Shane and Dennis will be held Thursday, July 29th, at the Thunder Mountain Ward Chapel, 7752 E. McDowell Rd. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 12:00 - 12:50 p.m., funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. Burial services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 31, 2004 at the Provo City Cemetery in Provo, Utah. Arrangements handled by Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 No. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ, 85201.
