Our sweet, loving, angel wife, mother, grandmother and sister, LaVonne Simmons passed away Monday, July 26, 2004. Born Nov. 2, 1918 in Midway.
Survived by her husband; Kenneth Simmons; sisters; Maud McPhie, Reva Allison, Evelyn Fry and Sherry Paul. Children: Dixie (Mike) Grosskopf, Dennis O'Neal, Tonyia (Ron) Stevens, Craig (Sylvia) Howe. 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2004 at 11 a.m. in the Midway 4th Ward, 165 N. Center St. Viewing Friday 6-8 p.m. at the Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home, Heber and Saturday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
