PROVO — Galtech Semiconductor Materials Corp. said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of Artisan Magnetics Co., an Alabama corporation.
Galtech said the only remaining task is the Artisan audit required by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Terms were not disclosed.

Artisan is a custom design and manufacturer facility involved in both military and commercial projects. The company occupies about 8,500 square feet of manufacturing and office space in Anniston, Ala.
