Vice President Dick Cheney and his wife, Lynne, on Friday became grandparents for the fourth time.
Philip Richard Perry was born at 11:02 a.m. EDT at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C. He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces, aides to the vice president said.
His parents are Liz Cheney and Phil Perry, the daughter and son-in-law of the vice president.
