Obituary: Hazel Dobney Curry

Hazel Dobney Curry 1924 ~ 2005 Hazel Virginia Dobney Curry passed away peacefully on Oct. 10, 2005. She was born to Ralph Alvin Dobney and Georgia Belle Jewell Dobney on Aug. 5, 1924 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Hazel loved her family dearly. She enjoyed her trips to Mesquite, and loved her three B's: Bingo, Bonko and Bowling. Survived by daughters, Linda Shields, Jewell (David) Johns, Patricia (David) Batrow, Sherry Kaisa; her son, Larry (Robin) Curry and grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, cousins and many friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Emery; brother, Robert Dobney and sister, Betty Morton. A viewing will be held on Thursday, Oct. 13th, from 6 - 8 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road where friends and family may call. Services will follow on Friday, 2 p.m. at the mortuary, with a viewing one hour prior to the services. Mom, you're the best mother God could have ever given us, and you will be deeply missed.
