Salt Lake-based Christopherson Business Travel announced Friday that it has acquired Travel Connections of Denver.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The newly combined company has more than 120 employees working in 23 offices — 21 in Utah, one in Florida and one in Colorado.

Ann Schimmel, president of Travel Connections, will remain with the organization, heading up sales and account management. Travel Connections will retain its name.
