PROVO — Think Subscription, a provider of subscription management software, said Monday it has acquired the assets of Sandlot Corp., a provider of subscription management software and services to publishing and e-commerce companies.
Terms were not disclosed.
Think will continue to have offices in the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. The new entity will actively maintain the company's current customer base of mid- to large-sized customers in 15 countries.
