Eleanore Mary Rich LeBaron 1910 ~ 2005 Eleanore Mary Rich LeBaron, 94, passed away Monday, April 11, 2005 in Big Stone Gap, VA, where she had lived with her daughter for the past three years. Her life ended in the same way she lived it-giving words of comfort, love and gratitude, especially to those who served her so tenderly. Her hope was that we "love one another...always." She was born and raised May 9, 1910 in Salt Lake City, Utah (East Millcreek), the daughter of the late, Edward A. and Eleanor (Atkinson) Rich and she spent most of her adult life in Flint, MI, where they raised their family. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she was active in music and educational programs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elton "Lee" LeBaron; and one brother, John Rich and six sisters, Madeline "Nan" Magill, Maud Beck, Lillian Simister, Gladys Crismon, Edna Rich and Joyce Henri. Surviving are her children and spouses, Edward (Nancy) LeBaron of Ann Arbor, MI; Sharon (Al) Morgan of Salem, OR; Margaret "Peggy" (Ed) Jeffrey of Big Stone Gap, VA; Barbara Robins, Eden, UT; and Mary (Paul) Eckert of Pleasant Grove, UT; 32 grandchildren and 73 great-grandchildren; brothers and spouses, Ted ("Pete") Rich of Schenectady, NY and George (Dorothy) Rich of Beaver, UT; sister and spouse, Carol Rich (Ken) Brown of Riverton, UT; and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 12 noon -1:45 p.m. Saturday, April 16th at the 3rd/4th Ward Chavez Building, 1244 W. Chavez Drive 9700 S, S. Jordan, UT. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with Bishop Bill Morgan presiding. Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, April 18th at Fairmount Cemetery in Denver, CO.
