Obituary: Anthon Leon Petersen

Anthon Leon Petersen Will Be Missed Our beloved son, father, brother and friend, "Pete", passed away April 11, 2005 in Ogden, Utah. He is survived by his father and mother, Leon and Evelyn; son, Landon; sisters and brothers, Evie (Wayne) Mendenhall, April (Graham) Adams, Kelly (Katherine) Petersen and many family members. The first day of Landon's life filled Pete's heart. There was nothing more important to Anthon than giving Landon his love for all eternity. His passions were coaching his son and teammates, and watching the Pittsburg Steelers. He will be painfully missed, but is now at peace and in comfort. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 16, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 S. Highland Drive. The family will receive friends at a viewing Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Funeral Directors: Valley View Funeral Home. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the Bank of Utah in Landon Petersen's name.
