Philadelphia-based AppLabs Technologies said Monday it has acquired Lindon-based KeyLabs.
Financial terms were not disclosed, although AppLabs said all current KeyLabs employees will be retained at the Lindon headquarters.
AppLabs is involved in software testing and development services. KeyLabs is focused on software and hardware testing and certification services.
