PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Three teenagers were sentenced to life in prison Friday for killing a 16-year-old boy who was lured to his death by a girl who promised him sex.

Justina Morley, who was then 15, led Jason Sweeney to a secluded spot where the three boys attacked him with a hatchet, a hammer and rocks in May 2003. They stole $500 that Sweeney had earned doing construction work and went on a drug binge.

Domenic Coia, now 19, his brother Nicholas Coia, 18, and Edward Batzig Jr., 18, received life without parole for first-degree murder, plus 22 1/2 to 45 years for robbery and related offenses. Morley testified against the others and was sentenced earlier to 17 1/2 to 35 years, meaning she will be about 30 when she becomes eligible for parole.
