John "Jack" Alonzo Spigarelli 1944 ~ 2005 John "Jack" Alonzo Spigarelli, age 60, passed away May 5, 2005 at his home in Alpine, UT. He was born July 7, 1944 in Standardville, Utah, to John and Jennie Sudweeks Spigarelli. He married Patricia Louise Mason, Dec. 22, 1973 in the Provo LDS Temple. Jack was one of the first LDS missionaries to serve in Italy. He is a Vietnam veteran. He earned his bachelors in Physics and his MBA from Brigham Young University. He loved animals, enjoyed gardening and was an accomplished author. He loved his country and its underlying principles of freedom. He was a devoted husband and father, who make his family his first priority Survived by his wife, Patricia; sons, Steven (Tressa); David (Rachel); Adam (Rebecca); daughters, Donatella (Matthew) Harper; Cristina (Travis) Smith; Regina Spigarelli; five granddaughters, his mother, Jennie Spigarelli; sisters, LaRue Spigarelli; Melba (Bob) Henderson; Marjorie (David) Paur. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mountainville LDS Chapel, 165 N. 100 E., Alpine. Friends and family may call at the church Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. and also Tuesday one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Alpine City Cemetery with military honors by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. We love and miss you, Dad!
