Eva Mary Dudley 1921 ~ 2005 Eva Mary Dudley, our loving mother and grandmother, returned to her Father in Heaven on June 12, 2005. She peacefully passed away in her home surrounded by her family. Eva was born April 15, 1921 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada to Joseph Olen Lee and Daisy Frances Anderson Lee. She married Jesse L Dudley November 8, 1945 one week after his return from his service in the Canadian army during World War II in Europe. They had five daughters, Peggy, Barbara, Beverly, Patti and Darlene. Eva's love of the Savior and His example of service was the focus and inspiration for her life. She served in many teaching and leadership positions in Relief Society, Young Women, Primary, Sunday School and PTA. She loved gardening, needlework, reading, church service and baking cookies for her family. She and Jesse raised their daughters in Los Angeles, California. They live in Porterville, California for several years and retired in Kamas, Utah. Together they served a mission in Australia. Eva will truly be missed by her daughters, Peggy (Bill) Fuller, Bountiful, Utah; Barbara Minkoff, L.A. CA; Beverly (Rod) Cantrell, Reedley, CA; Patti (Brent) Jeppesen, Tremonton, UT; Darlene (Jack) Clegg, Kamas, UT; 21 grandchildren; and 24 great-grand-children. She was preceded in death by her husband Jesse, her parents, Joe and Daisy Lee, her brother Jack, her sisters Jeanne and Peggy, and her son-in-law, Bob Minkoff. Services will be held Saturday June 18, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the LDS Stake Center, Marion, UT with a viewing from 12 - 1p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. Friday, June 17.
