Utah-based Nerobe LLC has acquired six Tony Roma's Restaurants, including four in Utah and two in Tucson, Ariz.
Nerobe, a restaurant management and development business, acquired the restaurants from Salt Lake-based The Slaymaker Group Inc.
Financial terms were not disclosed.

Nerobe has started renovations of all six restaurants, with the work expected to be completed by fall. It also will expand menu options. The renovation costs at the Utah locations are expected to be more than $700,000. The restaurants are in Midvale, St. George, Layton and Sandy.
