Marc Douglas Flack "The Chief" Dr. Marc Douglas Flack, age 58, died unexpectedly due to an enlarged heart on May 31, 2005 in Holladay, Utah. He was born to A. LeGrand and Dora Dutson Flack in Provo, Utah. He served in the New Zealand South Mission for the LDS Church. He graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry. He specialized in Holistic Dentistry and was a Fellow in the AGD and the IAOMT. He had a great love and concern for his patients' health and well-being and was a dedicated healer. He married J. Annette Bean in the Salt Lake Temple on February 7, 1975 and they generously shared their energetic and warm home with many for 30 years. He loved his family, fishing and soccer. He is survived by his much loved children: J.L., Brandon (Kristin), McGarren (Lisa), Taylor (Brenda), Nancy Nicole (Jake), Courtney (Lietza) Lentz, Damien Lentz, Garred (Brooke) Lentz and grandchildren: Isaac, Addison, Kamri, Ammon, Kajsa, Analia, and Ellie. "Chocolate was his favorite food, And soccer was his life. Next to all his loving kids, And his adoring wife!" Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 4th at 11:00 a.m. at the Olympus 1st Ward, 4100 South Camille Drive (2500 East). Friends may call Friday evening, June 3, 2005 at Olympus 1st Ward from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to services.
