Amelia Anne Sorich "Our Angel Baby" Our beautiful talented Amelia, died tragically on Monday, June 27, 2005. Born Oct. 7, 1986, to Michael and Kathryn Sorich in Murray, Utah. She graduated with honors from Bingham High School in January, and was currently attending Salt Lake Community College as well as working two jobs. Amelia was a talented pianist, loving daughter, sister and granddaughter, niece, and cousin. She was a true and loyal friend and willingly offered her help to anyone who needed her. Amelia was kind, thoughtful, caring, dependable, brilliant conscientious and ambitious. Her sweet, gentle spirit and impish humor brought joy to all who knew her. Survived by parents Michael and Kathryn Sorich, South Jordan; brothers David (Lara) Sorich, Coventry, Connecticut; Jonathan and Jeffrey Sorich, South Jordan; grandfathers Mike Sorich, West Jordan and Wesley Behling, South Jordan; aunts Patricia (Phelps Helvenston), Flagstaff, Arizona; Grace Buist, West Jordan; uncles, Paul (Linda) Sorich, Taylorsville; Robert (Barbara) Behling, Springfield, Ohio; cousins, William Buist, West Jordan; Mark Sorich, Taylorsville; Angela (Jonathon) Vredeveld, West Valley. Preceded in death by grandmothers Lee Behling and Arta Sorich who welcomed Amelia home with open arms and joyful hearts. A viewing will be held Friday, July 1, from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway (10600 South), South Jordan. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 2 at 11:00 a.m. at the Country Park Stake Center, 2447 W. 11400 S. with a viewing one hour prior to services at the church.
