Obituary: Paul Kenneth Speers

Paul Kenneth Speers 07/19/28 ~ 07/13/05 Paul Kenneth Speers was born July 19, 1928 to Ida And Isaac N. Speers. He was raised in the Sugar House area. He graduated from East High School and Heneger Business College. Served his country in the United States Army from 1950 - 1952, 10 months in Germany. He worked at Mountain Fuel Supply as an accountant for 32 years, retiring June 1990. Charter Member of the Wasatch Presbyterian Church. Served as Treasurer for seven years. Member Progress Lodge #22 F.&A.M., Scottish Rite, and El Kalah Shrine. Loved his dog Blackie, computers, and golf. He was the youngest of five boys. Survived by Donald E. Speers, Redding, California, niece, and three nephews. Preceded in death by parents, brothers Albert C., Lawrence W., and Robert C. Memorial service at Wasatch Presbyterian Church, 1626 South 1700 East, Salt Lake City, Utah, 6 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2005.
