Obituary: Billie Lee "Bill" Frost

Billie Lee "Bill" Frost 2/1/47 to 6/23/05 Bill Frost passed away on June 23, 2005 in Salt Lake City Utah He was born to Lelan Clair Frost and Virginia Gladys Barton Frost He was a taxi driver for 30 years in the Salt Lake Valley. His daughter Debra has been missing since 1984 she was 17 and has never been found. Debra's disappearance sadly altered Bill's life forever. He was preceded in death by, his parents, Uncle Ralph (Jack) Frost and half brother Robert Lelan Frost. He is survived by his four children, Debra Lee Frost, Frank Lee Frost, Barbara Lee Frost (Jeremy) Tatro, Teresa Lee Frost, twin sisters Virlee Colleen Frost Baker and Shirlee Jean Frost Coltrain, two half brothers, Bart Harrison Manila Utah and Richard Harrison, Malibu California, one grandchild Colby Allen Salsbury, he is also survived by five ex wives Nancy Ruffiin, Judy Hamlin, Lanice Clauson, Tamara Shelton, Mary Rydalch . A graveside service will be held Wednesday July 6, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Salt Lake City Cemetery 4th Ave. and N street. The family gives a special thanks to Valley Mental Health.
