Salt Lake-based Ikano Communications said Tuesday it has acquired Dialup USA Inc., including its assets and subscriber base.
Terms were not disclosed.
Ikano provides private-label Internet services. Dialup is a Washington-based Internet company providing wholesale dial-up, technical support and e-mail services to more than 1,500 Internet service providers throughout the United States.
