L.J. Melody & Co., the real estate investment banking division of CB Richard Ellis, said Tuesday it has arranged permanent financing totaling $21,250,000 for the Renaissance Medical Center in Bountiful.
Renaissance Medical Center is a five-story office building incorporating a surgical center, built in 2004, with a rentable area of 112,000 square feet. Major tenants include MountainWest Surgical Center LLC; Mountain Orthopedics LLC; Comprehensive Imaging Services LLC; Bountiful Hills Eye Center LLC; and SmartCare LLC.
The center is the front piece for redevelopment of the former Five Points Mall site.
