It's OK to criticize president

I must respond to Ronald M. Holdaway (Reader's Forum, Sept. 2). Why is it not OK for people to express their disgust and disappointment with this president and his administration in the aftermath of Katrina? As soon as anyone brings the facts out about the incompetence of this group, we are "using it for partisan advantage." I have one question. What has Bush been doing by using 9/11 as political capital for the past six years? If you are in power, and from the right, you can use whatever for partisan politics. But if you dissent, it is unacceptable.
