Salt Lake law firm Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough has announced the official formation of its international law practice group to represent companies throughout the world and help them conduct business in a variety of cultures and legal systems.
The new group will provide services involving inbound and outbound investments, joint ventures, intellectual property and environmental laws.
Heading up the new group is George Ventura, a native Spanish speaker who has lived and worked for more than 10 years in Central and South America.
