Kenneth E. LeFevre "Gone to turn the water off" Beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend passed away January 13, 2006 in Bountiful, Utah. Born to Eli LeFevre and Amplus Littlefield, May 23, 1925 in Tropic, Utah. Grew up on the back of a horse traveling the beautiful country he loved, Bryce Canyon, helping with the family ranch. Served in the Pacific Theater, World War II. Served a full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Central States Mission. Married Ruth B Cowan June 8, 1951 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Worked 39 years for Deseret Press and 5 years as Maintenance Director over Bountiful North Canyon Stake Buildings. Held numerous church callings including working in the Salt Lake and Bountiful Temples. Ken was a staple in the Val Verda Community. The family would like to thank Dr. Kasteler and Lakeview Hospital. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Weldon and Garth; brother-in-laws, Dutch and Adrian. Survived by his beloved wife, Ruth; children, Kenneth Jr. (Cindy), Arthur (Lurlene), Kim Lou (Kate), Beckie (Robert), Lindsay Kathy (Zachary) Bullock; 22 grandchildren; three great-grand-children; sisters, Ora Brinkerhoff, Glenna Pullock and Gaya (Jack) Greenhalgh. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at 12:00 noon at the North Canyon 2nd Ward Chapel, 3350 South 100 East, Bountiful, where friends and family may call Monday evening from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday morning from 10:30 -11:30 a.m. prior to services.
